What We Did
Our first step was to conduct a full-scale SEO audit and keyword analysis. From over 100,000 keywords, we filtered down to around 20,000 top-performing phrases. These keywords formed the structure of the entire site — page titles, content blocks, and navigation — all separated by language.
Both the English and French versions were written independently using native keyword sets. This was not a literal translation, but a localization built around how real users search in each language.
To measure ad performance and visitor intent, we implemented dynamic contact replacement, where phone numbers and forms automatically change based on the source of traffic (e.g. Google Ads, organic search, or social).
On the technical side, we ensured fast loading, WebP/AVIF image optimization, script minification, proper caching, and clean redirects from the old site to preserve Google indexing. Google Analytics and Search Console were fully integrated for long-term performance monitoring.
