Project Overview

We completely redesigned the existing realtor website, transforming it into a modern, multilingual platform. Our main focus was on building trust, improving the SEO structure, and eliminating manual work through smart automation.

Instead of just an online business card, the website is now a fully functional tool for attracting clients and streamlining daily operations.

Core Solutions Implemented:

  • Automated Property Listings Sync: We replaced the tedious process of manual data entry. Now, when the realtor adds or removes a property on the central real estate network, the listing automatically syncs with the website and translates into three languages.
  • Multilingual SEO & Content: The platform is optimized for English, French, and Russian audiences. We wrote dedicated SEO copy for key landing pages to highlight the realtor’s advantages and boost search visibility.
  • Online Consultation Booking: We integrated a seamless booking system, allowing visitors to select a convenient date and time for a meeting without any back-and-forth communication.
  • Smart Blog Import Logic: We fixed critical bugs with a third-party article integration. External Russian articles are now correctly published and automatically translated into English and French, keeping the core SEO structure perfectly separate from the automated blog content.
