A Halloween adventure that sells its own tickets
For a new family attraction in Greater Montreal we built the whole launch: a bilingual website that feels like the show, online booking with QR tickets, a door scanner for staff, sales and accounting reports, and three social media accounts ready for advertising.

A brand-new attraction with weeks, not months, to launch
Funtoria is a family Halloween experience inside Mail Champlain in Brossard: a 45-minute enchanted quest for kids aged 2 to 12, plus a bubble show, a magic show or a lightning show.
The owners had the decor, the actors and the date. They didn't have a website, a way to sell timed tickets, or anyone to check those tickets at the door.
Booking that takes a minute, tickets that just work
Most families buy from their phone, often the same week. Every step is built for that moment.
See the week, pick a time
A weekly calendar shows every session, which show it includes, and when spots are running low or sold out. One tap opens checkout.
Family pricing, no math
One adult comes free with each child, a family pack covers three kids, toddlers enter free. The checkout applies the rules by itself.
A QR code for every person
Tickets arrive by email right after payment, one QR per guest. Dad is late from parking? He walks in on his own ticket.

A reminder the day before
At 5 p.m. the evening before, each family gets the address, the right door and their tickets again. Fewer lost guests, fewer calls.
Running late? Move, don't lose
Tickets aren't refundable, but they're movable. A late family is moved to the next session at the door, with new tickets sent on the spot.
Their language, everywhere
Booked in English? The checkout, the emails and the reminder all follow. Booked in French, everything stays French.

The booking calendar on funtoria.ca: each colour is a different show, and every session shows if it's open, almost full or sold out.
Everything to run a busy weekend, and to know how it went
A door scanner anyone can use
Any phone becomes a scanner. Green means come in, red explains why not. One button lets the whole family in.
Walk-in sales at the door
Families without tickets buy on the spot. Their QR tickets land in their inbox before they reach the entrance.
Eventbrite without double work
Tickets sold on Eventbrite appear in the same calendar within minutes, and the remaining spots update on both sides. One count, no overbooking.
Sales report every morning
At 7 a.m. the owners see how many tickets were sold yesterday and for which day and session, so they know which dates need a push.
Which ads actually sell
Every booking remembers where the family came from: an Instagram ad, Google, a blogger's link, a contest code. Money goes to what works.
Reports for the accountant
Sales and taxes export to a spreadsheet in a click, ready to hand to the accountant without retyping a single receipt.
Reviews on autopilot
An hour after each session, guests who actually came get a thank-you with one-tap links to leave a Google or Facebook review.
The site feels like the show
Golden sparkles follow your cursor, fireflies drift across the screen, buttons burst into stars when you tap them. It's the same magic we put on funtoria.ca, so families get a taste of the adventure before they arrive.
Switch the effects on and off, like we did with the client while choosing them.
Three accounts, ready to sell from the first post
A new attraction needs to be found where parents scroll. We set up the channels and the tracking behind them, so every post, ad and contest could turn into bookings from day one.
Videos
Short vertical videos of the bubble show and the decor, plus the video that greets visitors on the website.
Contests
Giveaways on Facebook and Instagram, with a personal promo code for every winner that only works for the right weekend.
Blogger links
Each local blogger got a short link of their own, so the owners can see who actually brings families.
The reviews speak for themselves
A really interesting and fun experience for kids and teenagers! The decorations are absolutely amazing, with lots of magic and attention to detail. There's a fun quest, a trampoline, and a very creative and engaging workshop that is perfect for artistic kids. Highly recommend!

I was there with my two children today, and I honestly didn't expect that the venue would be so amazing! My wife and I were very impressed and our kids are still talking about it. It was worth driving from Laval all the way to Brossard. Highly recommendAbdul A. · Google review
I was there for the show with my son. First of all, it's an amazing place. It felt like stepping into a fairy tale. My son and I are so grateful for the magic you've created. The decor is beautiful, and the show itself was incredibly vibrant and heartwarming. I truly wish there were more places like this. Great job guys.George V. · Google review
